Tom Cruise’s Valkyrie an Uncomfortable Laugh
Tom Cruise’s upcoming film, "Valkyrie" isn’t getting as many scares as it should be by those that have been lucky enough to view it early. Instead it is almost leaving them with laughs. Laughs? You are not suppose to laugh in a Tom Cruise movie like this, it is suppose to be a sit on the edge of your seat and wait to see what happens next.
With reports coming out like this, Tom Cruise is almost going to have to sit in the theater himself to get more people there. As you know, where ever he goes people and press seem to follow. By going to his own movie it would definitely help sell tickets.
One reviewer stated "It’s an unsettling scene but you almost start to laugh. His character is resisting it but you never forget it’s Tom Cruise saying ‘Heil Hitler." It’s funny and shocking at the same time." - when referring to Claus Von Stauffenberg played by Tom Cruise, giving the famous Hitler salute.
I guess I can see where this man would’ve wanted to laugh uncomfortably. I get the same feeling just thinking of Tom in this movie, but I know he’s played his role very good in the past and can’t wait to go see this one. Will you be going to see it?
