Tom Cruise sues Petit Tressor

Tom Cruise and company are suing the trendy, celebrity baby boutique, “Petit Tressor” for breaking their privacy clause. Apparently Tom Cruise is upset that they leaked that Tom and Katie like to spend $300K on up on little Suri. I’m not sure why that would be an issue, unless they are trying to show they don’t spoil the little one.

Basically Tom wants them to be hush, hush when they do or don’t buy something. I guess he’s tired of people making money off him. Who knows.

“…not say anything (whether true or false) about Mr. Cruise and Ms. Holmes’ shopping habits.”

TMZ is the one that discovered this little gem.

    Tom is not sueing Petit Tressor, his lawyers sent them a cease and desist order, which is different. Basicly Tom’s lawyers told them that they were not to talk about Tom and Katie at all or they would sue the store for using their names for publicity without permission. I’m totally with Tom and Katie on this one. This store immedately started showing off items Tom and Katie bought for Suri as soon as she was born. They even sunk so low as to spill the beans on Tom and Katie’s private special password access page on their website, that friends and family could use to shop for gifts for Suri. I found this tacky and unprofessional then and find it even more so because this store continues to talk about Tom and Katie.
