Tom Cruise gets Sued

Early last week we heard that the German Extra members that played in Tom Cruise’s movie, “Valkyrie” were actually suing the studio for their injuries. Now my guess is they feel either he’s going to make a TON of money on this or they are just money hungry period and thought by suing they’d get it. I’m hoping if they get any it is very little, after all shouldn’t they have done this months ago?

It was rumored they were going to sue for $11M, not sure if that is really the case. Either way for a movie that hasn’t even hit the theaters that’s asking a lot. I can totally understand if one is now wheel-chair bound or died but for breaking an arm, skinning up a leg? Come on people. If you hate Tom so much just don’t join in on the movie.

In a way to keep it out of court and to give it less press the studio has offered a settlement. There has been no word if they’ll take it or not, my guess is they offered half. More news as it comes out.
