Tom Cruise Donated $5 Million to Scientology

Bart Simpson Donates MillionsLast year, 2007, Tom Cruise donated $5 million to Scientology. WOW! I’m ot saying anything bad about this, just that I wish I had the type of money Tom has that I could donate like that. While this may seem huge, Tom Cruise was actually beat by Bart Simpson who donated $11.2 Million. Actually it wasn’t Bart Simpson himself since he is a cartoon, but Nancy Cartwright who is the voice of Bart.

Other donations were by Kirstie Alley, who donated the same amount as Tom Cruise. John Travolta and his wife each donated $1 million each. The donations did get a bit smaller with Priscilla Presley donating $50,000 and Kelly Preston adding another million.
