Nicole Kidman Sells Home for $24M

Nicole Kidman has decided to put her roots in American soil and nest in Nashville with hubby Keith Urban. With only 5 more weeks left of her pregnancy it seems Nicole wants to settle down and get a bit closer to home and her other two children as well. Maybe we’ll see Connor and Isabella visiting mommy, Nicole, more often.

She is reportedly selling her Sydney villa and beachfront retreat on the NSW south coast. While she may be looking to settle down in Nashville she also plans to purchase some property in Sydney’s NS when they need a little R&R without the paparazzi.
