Katie Holmes Comeback
We’ve found out who was having lunch with Katie at The Grill earlier this week. It wasn’t Tom Cruise or any of their other close friends, but it was her former manager, John Carrabino. I got the scoop on the name from Julie over at TomKatCrazy. Thanks Julie, this was really driving me nuts.
It seems that Katie Holmes is really serious about getting her movie career back on track, which means all those pregnancy rumors are probably just that, rumors. If she really wants to take this one she’ll want to jump at whatever comes her way. I just hope it is something that’ll really make her shine. Many loved her in Mad Money, some even say she helped “Make� that movie in the box office. I’ve yet to see it so I can voice my opinion, but from the clips that I watched she did look refreshing and funny.
If she gets a role what do you think she’d do best in? We all know we fell in love with her when she was in Dawson’s Creek, who couldn’t with that innocent, girl next door feeling. Later she’d appeared in a few thrillers as well as comedy. I liked her in DC and hope she gets another part like this where we’d get to see her acting on a tv show once again. Course, not sure this is what she’s aiming for as she probably wants to stay home more with Suri.
