Brooke Shields Sends Tom Cruise a Congratulations

Brooke Shields has definitely buried that hatchet that many thought she was still carrying towards Tom Cruise. In fact, she sent him a congratulations when she heard his character got a Golden Globe Nomination.

“I’m so glad for him!” Shields told PEOPLE. “I think it’s ironic, all the work that he does [and] that’s what he gets nominated for. I think he’s done tremendous work so I think he’s probably chuckling about it too.”

I must admit, I totally agree with her here. He’s had better roles that he should’ve got nominated for and didn’t. But at least they are finally noticing.
