Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all you Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes fans! I’m not sure if our celebrity family celebrates St. Patty’s Day, but we do know that Katie went out to lunch at her favorite place, Joan’s on Third, earlier today. No one saw Tom Cruise anywhere in the vicinity, guess she’s out on her own this week.

With a little over a month to plan the couple are at a dead end, neither can agree on how they want to celebrate the 2nd birthday party for their little girl, Suri. Parents..how much is too much?

Tom Cruise is apparently wanting to buy a $60,000 birthday cake for his little sweetheart, but that’s not where this ends. Tom wants a circus to come to his house, an A-list party affair, acrobats and much, much more. Umm, Tom what will you do for her next 16 parties? Keep in mind if you spoil her now, she’ll expect more and bigger as the years continue.

Andrew Morton wrote in his little biography of Tom Cruise that Tom was actually second in command over their in the Scientology Church. This is NOT true, scientologists have come forward to say that is not the case. Tom may be pretty high up but he is not second top dog, I’m sure he wouldn’t mind though and it was probably a real ego booster.

Nicole Kidman, ex-wife to Tom Cruise, isn’t letting her pregnancy get her down, in fact she’s going to be modeling for a Charity Fashion Show down in Melbourne, Australia. Money made from this event will go towards the children with cancer at Royal Children’s Hospital of Melbourne. What a great thing to do.

Kidman will wear a long sherwani like blue jacket with lots of red and yellow. The design on the jacket will look like somebody has embroidered the design, but it is a patented method of ours. The different colours blend on the garment to create the effect of an art,” says Rahul Jain to the newspaper.

“The thread is used as a brush to make the clothes look like a huge painting. We have done gowns, saris, jackets and dresses for the fashion show and all the 14 clothes are going to be auctioned off and the process will go to the hospital.”

Mark Ronson told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show that he will NOT be performing at Suri’s 2nd Birthday party. Actually he stated that it was the most ridiculous thing he’d heard. Mark believes not only would his music would be too loud for such a little girl but he is also not DJing wedding, barmitzvahs or birthday parties.

Marc Headley, ex-scientology member, is coming forward and saying that Tom Cruise/Scientology actually had fake casting calls so they could find Tom Cruise a wife. How? They pretended that the women were going to audtion for a part in Tom’s movie, but instead it was to see if they’d fit into his life. I guess this means Katie Holmes made the cut.

Best known for her part in Look Who’s Talking, Kirstie Alley has come forward to state that at one point she use to hate people, the only thing she loved was animals. She’d grown in weight and there was the constant cameraman shooting pictures of her, dipping down into depression it was Scientology that pulled her out.

Katie Holmes is on the cover of InStyle UK Magazine for the April issue and wears a black and purple outfit that is definitely a power piece. However, the white dress with the black dots makes her look like a clown. What did you think?

She mentions that she tries her best to keep a positive attitude and it just comes naturally to her. I believe it does, I mean all her dreams have come true. Even as a little girl she dreamed of being Tom Cruise’s girlfriend, I guess with all her positiveness she did get him.

Katie Holmes is said to have told reporters what she really thought of Victoria Beckham’s new tattoo. It wasn’t pretty either, in fact she hated it so much she called it trashy! Wow, that’s some way to talk about your best friend. Ouch! Now it’s been about a year since the two were spotted hanging out. I wonder what went down between the two to get Katie to feel this way towards Victoria. Now I’ve heard friends saying they don’t like things but to call it trashy.

Do you think she said this? We all know she believes in dressing classy, could this be what she thinks of tattoos? No clue yet but I’m sure someone will ask her soon. To be honest, I think this is just because Katie isn’t known to have any. I don’t think this is why the two haven’t been spotted together, with the tour and Katie’s busy life there is no wonder.

According to Kevin Smith, director of Dogma, he thinks that Tom Cruise would make a great candidate for President. What do you think? This was a year for firsts, do you think Tom Cruise could win the Presidency in 4 years? He does have his charm, good looks and even charisma. The only problem is he’s a couch-jumping psycho. Well, we dont’ know if he’s a psycho but when he wants something bad enough he goes nuts over it.

Things he’s done that made people shake their head:
- Couch jumping

- His debate with Brooke Shields

But with every candidate choice don’t we look for someone that has passion for what he wants? Tom Cruise definitely has passion, that’s the reason he hoppped on a couch on the Oprah show.
- he had a wedding at a castle because he knew Katie dreamed of it
- he proposed at the top of the Eiffel Tower to woo his woman
- he stands by his beliefs no matter how many people talk bad about it.
- he loves his kids and will show up at every soccer game

Is this the type of man we want in office? One that’s loyal to his family, works hard and believes in himself as well as his own traditions? I must say if it wasn’t for his crazy antics I think Kevin could be right, after all this is the year of firsts, who knows what it’ll be in four years time.

According to New Idea Katie Holmes loves being a mom but would love one more child and with her approaching the big 3-0, she seems desperate to get pregnant. The only problem is she can’t seem to get pregnant on her own and is looking into fertility treatments with LA specialists. Could it be that she is just trying too hard? Either way she probably won’t be able to get the treatments as it is not a Scientology belief. Will she be able to go around Tom Cruise in order to get the help?

I believe the same source that spotted Tom Cruise going into an LA Restaurant bathroom with his bodyguard observed Tom washing his hands. While most people go in, quickly lather up and rinse and towel dry, Tom Cruise apparently washed his hands excessively. Supposibly he took an entire 5 minutes to wash his hands. I’m not entirely sure I believe this but who knows, since he doesn’t believe in medicine maybe he wants to make sure he doesn’t come in contact with germs. How long do you spend washing your hands in a public restroom? Honestly I try not to stay in the bathroom too long, I wash and dry them and leave.

He probably has to deal with a lot of germs that many of us don’t with everyone always following him around, not to mention he travels around the world all the time. I can only imagine the things he probably touches as he makes his rounds. Plus, keeping his hands clean means making sure Suri stays healthy, we’ve all seen him hold her.

In the most recent of Tom Cruise news, Tom had to be escorted to an LA bathroom in a restaurant by his bodyguard when the time came. According to sources Tom’s bodyguard stood beside him the entire time he had to go. Ummm, I’m guessing he’s afraid of getting attacked or have some press person take his picture as he’s going. Can ya really blame the man?

He’s probably afraid of someone waiting inside to beat the crud out of him or a really big fan wanting to kiss him, shake his hands or something to that nature. I’m sure he’s received tons of fan mail but with that he probably receives hate mail or even death threats. If he’s feeling watched he may just want that extra protection. Never forget the camera guys are always there taking pictures of him, he doesn’t need one in the bathroom. He’s already been victim of a photog holding pictures ransom, could you imagine a bathroom scene?
