Tom Cruise Watch

During an interview with Tom Cruise at the MOMI awards he told everyone that he was definitely not a gadget man. Wow! What man doesn’t carry at least a cell phone on him, especially when he has kids. I know he stated it is to spend more time with his family but he has two teens at home. Course this next statement isn’t entirely true since I recently saw him wearing a watch.

Tom stated, “I have no iPhone, no mobile, no email address, no watch, no jewelry, no wallet. I simply want to be with my children and make movies.

“My values for children never change: love, responsibility, curiosity at the wonder of life.”

I think it is a great idea about not wearing a watch, people tend to look at it more and make the children feel like they are in a time crunch or unwanted. But no cell phone? I can totally get the no email thing, he’s big enough, he probably could careless about the internet world. I wonder if this means Katie Holmes doesn’t get online? I remember when Dawson’s Creek had their little diary’s and emails to each other online.

Before I forget Tom did state his favorite thing is “waking up and seeing Katie and Suri and giving them a hug.” Guess this means at the hotels, because we all know they already spilled the beans about them not sleeping in the same beds. Heck, they don’t even live on the same side of the house at home. Now we know why Katie didn’t end up pregnant right away after giving birth to Suri.

Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Suri were recently spotted in Washington DC. No one knows for sure why the Superstar Family was visiting DC but they were definitely found out, as Katie and Suri traveled around town so did the circus media.

Katie Holmes graced America in a beautiful dark pant suit and lovely smile at Tom’s screening of “Lions For Lambs” at MOMA in NYC only hours after her run. First of all she looks gorgeous, I think if it had been me I would’ve wanted to stay in a bath for the remainder of the day. Not our Katie, she slipped into this outfit and heels. Come on, after 26 mile run I wouldn’t be caught dead in heels. Would you?

She did it! She finsihed the NYC Marathon at 5 hours, 29 minutes and 58 seconds after it started. This is great! Congratulations to Katie Holmes.

Back in March she began doing interviews or talking to magazines about how she was losing her baby weight. It seems most of it came off not only for eating healthy but by training for the marathon.

Katie Holmes, NYC Marathon

As many may remember Katie Holmes, aka Kate Cruise, enterted the New York City Marathon determined to finish. The NYC marathon was today and few caught the famous lady as she waited for the guns to go off. Katie Holmes dressed in a black baseball cap, probably to hide her fame and a purple tube top was ready to run the 26.2 mile race. One thing is for certain, she isn’t wearing high heels.

Tom Cruise waited in Central Park for the lovely Cruise to appear before him where he quickly gave her a smooch and he and Suri waved her on. Katie had about 20 more blocks to go. No news yet on what positioned she placed, but I’m sure whatever it was she is proud. At the finish line Katie will be greeted by Tom, Suri and several of her family that has flown in from Ohio.

For those that may not know there were quite a few celebrities that were running alongside Katie, including Lance Armstrong. For everyone that has heard the newest round of pregnancy rumors, I doubt she’s pregnant now.

I realized I didn’t show everyone all the pictures I found on the net when Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise were down in New York City for the premiere of Lions For Lambs, which will begin hitting theaters on November 9th, so here they are.

Here they are with Suri Cruise sporting a bright red jacket. Isn’t she the cutest? But as you can see Tom was having his own issues, hair ones. Katie of course looked graceful and very put together, her skin even looks flawless. Have ya ever noticed how close the coloring of Suri and Tom’s hair? (for all you doubters out there this IS Tom’s daughter)

Of course the couple had to show up in something nice right? Here’s Tom Cruise exiting one of their many cars they appear in with Suri Cruise. It does seem that the flash is a bit much for Suri though. Poor thing.

Victoria Beckham recently turned Tom Cruise down when he asked her for a few tickets to her tour with Spice Girls.

“You know what, I phoned Victoria but she said, ‘I’m sorry we’re sold out.’” Tom Cruise told reporters this at the Lions for Lambs Premiere.
